There is hereby created the Municipal Golf Advisory Board, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," which shall consist of 11 members and four nonvoting members (golf professionals of each course). The term of each member shall be three years; of the Board members first named, four shall have terms ending December 31, 1992; four shall have terms ending December 31, 1993; and three shall have terms ending December 31, 1994. One member of the Board shall be a member of the community at large. One member shall represent the interest of senior golfers. One member shall represent the interest of youth golfers. Eight members shall represent each respective Men's and Women's Golf Association from each of the four golf courses.
