Permission to operate a seasonal pool will be granted by the Enforcement Authority after completion of a satisfactory pre-opening inspection. Newly constructed and remodeled swimming pools meeting all ordinance requirements will receive permission to operate after the pool passes a final inspection by the Enforcement Authority and all fees are paid. The issuance of a permit shall not be deemed or construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of this article.
