§ 10-2-3-2 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of §§ 10-2-3-1 et seq., the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ANIMAL. Mammals, birds, reptiles; wild or domestic; native or exotic; (including live eggs).
