An Operator may promulgate rules pertaining to guests' conduct. The rules must be non-discriminatory. The House Rules may be directed at the prevention of unlawfulness, drunkenness, lewdness, excessive noise, or any other form of willful conduct which may disturb other guests. The Operator may immediately evict, without refund, any guest for a violation of the House Rules. Such rules will be made accessible to the guest.
