All Overnight Lodging Establishments shall comply with the Business Registration Ordinance, § 13-1-1 et seq. ROA 1994. With or in the Application to do Business under the Business Registration Ordinance, Overnight Lodging Establishments shall provide the following information:
(A) If the Overnight Lodging Establishment is a sole proprietorship, the name, address and phone number of the Owner and any other responsible person.
(B) If the Overnight Lodging Establishment is a partnership, the name, address and phone number of the partner or partner's agent or assign who, according to the partnership agreement, has the authority to and capability of promptly contacting, identifying and notifying each and every other partner. Service of process upon the partner or partner's agent or assignnamed in the application pursuant to this paragraph shall be deemed adequate service on any and all other partners. Said named partner must be an individual liable for any violation of this Ordinance.
(C) If the Overnight Lodging Establishment is a corporation, the name and address of its registered agent as required under §§ 53-12-2(A)(8) and 53-11-11 NMSA 1978.
(D) All Overnight Lodging Establishments shall provide the name, address, and phone number of a person responsible for property management who may be contacted immediately by the Mayor in the case of an emergency on the property.
(E) An operator of an Overnight Lodging Establishment with more than 10% of its units rented for an extended stay shall provide a certificate of completion of the Crime Free Rental Housing Training described in § 13-1-8(B) of the Business Registration Ordinance.
(F) An operator of an Overnight Lodging Establishment who participates in the motel voucher and lease program shall provide a certificate of completion of the Crime Free Rental Housing Training described in § 13-1-8(B) of the Business Registration Ordinance.
