§ 9-13-3 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DWELLING UNIT. A dwelling unit is any building or portion thereof which contains living facilities, including provisions for sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation, as required by the Uniform Housing Code, Chapter 14, Article 3, ROA 1994, for not more than one family.
