(A) The Solid Waste Department shall issue a Request for Information to gauge the market as to scope and availability of service providers, the extent of the recycling market, potential issues, costs, financing and risk for providing or not providing a computer hardware recycling program. The Request for Information shall be issued, responses reviewed and an approach developed no later than 90 days after the enactment of the Computer Recycling Ordinance.
(B) The request for proposal process, to include initiation of a service contract, shall occur six months after the enactment of the Computer Recycling Ordinance.
(C) The Solid Waste Department shall report to the Council on the Computer Recycling Ordinance six months after the enactment of the Computer Recycling Ordinance.
