§ 9-8-28 APPEAL PROCEDURE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING.
   The owner may appeal the determination of the need for weed or litter removal or a civil fine issued pursuant to this article. The request for appeal and the hearing shall comply with the procedures outlined in the Independent Office of Hearings "IHO" Ordinance, ROA 1994, §§ 2-7-8-1 to 2-7-8-9.
