(A) The ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY shall make such inspections of food establishments as necessary to assure compliance with this ordinance. A copy of the inspection report shall immediately be furnished to the permit holder or person in charge indicating the degree of compliance or noncompliance with the provisions of this ordinance.
(B) No person shall refuse to allow the enforcement authority, after presentation of proper identification, to inspect fully any and all premises or facilities at any reasonable time, and no person shall molest or resist the enforcement authority in the discharge of its duties whether in inspections for application approval or for enforcement of this ordinance.
(C) The permit holder or person in charge of the establishment shall be given an opportunity to accompany the enforcement authority during the inspection.
(D) The enforcement authority shall be permitted to examine and obtain copies of the records of the food establishment to obtain pertinent information related to food source and supplies received, pest control, and list of persons employed.
