(A) A Food Establishment-Grocery shall possess a valid Food Establishment-Grocery Raw Milk permit and any required permit from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture.
(B) A Raw Milk Vendor shall possess a valid Market Food Establishment Raw Milk permit and any valid permit from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture pursuant to Title 21, Chapter 34, Part 2 of the New Mexico Administrative Code and a raw milk permit prior to vending or storing raw milk or raw milk product at a market.
