§ 9-6-8-5 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person within the City shall vend or store raw milk or raw milk product without a valid raw milk permit issued by the Enforcement Authority. Raw milk and raw milk product may only be sold by a Food Establishment-Grocery or a Raw Milk Vendor directly to consumers.
   (B)   Raw milk permits shall be posted in a conspicuous location, visible to the public.
   (C)   Raw milk permits shall not be transferable.
