The intent of §§ 9-6-7-1 et seq. is to provide market food vendors participating in markets a permit system that has the efficiency and economic benefit of a single permit and that may be accepted at markets across the city. Residents of Albuquerque and the surrounding communities benefit from the products sold at local markets.
