(A) No person, during a single transaction, shall sell to a customer more than two boxes of products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.
(B) No person, during a single transaction, shall sell to a customer products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine where the total count exceeds 100, two boxes, or six grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.
(C) No customer on any single day shall purchase or acquire more than two boxes of products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.
(D) No customer on any single day shall purchase or acquire products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine where the total count exceeds 100, two boxes, or six grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.
(E) Every person who owns, manages or operates a place of business selling ephedrine or pseudoephedrine shall store or cause it to be stored either (1) in the line of sight of one or more work stations that are normally continuously occupied during business hours or of a video camera that is continuously manned during business hours, or (2) in an area viewable by the public, but not accessible to the public in the regular course of business without employee assistance, pending legal sale or disposition of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine; and shall require that each purchaser produce a photo identification and his or her name and current address, and the owner, manager or operator shall maintain a log recording those names and addresses. This log, which shall not be accessible to the public, shall be kept for 90 days after its last entry and made available to certified law enforcement upon reasonable request during regular business hours.
(F) Division (E) herein shall not apply to pseudoephedrine in the form of gel capsules or liquids.
