§ 8-6-15 TRACKS, CLEATS, SPIKES, LUGS AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a tracked vehicle, a tractor engine, tractor or other vehicle equipped with cleats, spikes, lugs or similar devices injurious to the roadway, except metal or other non-skid contrivances which may be used only while the streets are slippery or covered with ice or snow.
