(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle, motorcycle, motor driven cycle or motor scooter, unless it is equipped with at least one stop lamp which shall emit a red light actuated by the application of the service brakes and which may, but need not, be incorporated with one or more other rear lamps.
(B) Every stop lamp shall be plainly visible and understandable from a distance of 300 feet to the rear, both during normal sun light and at nighttime.
(C) No stop lamp shall emit a glaring or dazzling light.
