§ 8-4-4 RIDING ANIMALS ON THE RIGHT.

Every person riding, leading or driving before a load any horse or other draft animal, shall do so as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing or skirting around a standing vehicle or obstruction.
