§ 8-2-6-11 MIDDLE OF THREE LANES AT DEAD END.
   Upon a street having marked lanes for traffic moving in one direction which terminates at an intersecting street accommodating traffic in both directions, the driver of a vehicle in the middle lane may turn right or left onto the intersecting roadway, provided there is no official sign, arrow or marker which limits turning in only one direction; and in making such turn, the driver in the middle lane shall turn into a lane other than a lane that a driver in the right or left lane should enter. The driver of a vehicle in the right lane shall turn right and the driver in the left lane shall turn left provided there is no official sign, arrow or marker which limits the turning to only one direction.
