No person shall disobey any arrow, whether painted on the pavement or displayed on a sign, any sign or marker within, adjacent to, or approaching an intersection directing any vehicle in his lane of traffic to either turn at the intersection in a particular direction or to continue in the same course of direction that he was traveling when approaching the intersection.
