§ 8-2-5-5 PASSING AT INTERSECTION OR RAILROAD CROSSING PROHIBITED.
   No vehicle shall be driven so as to pass another vehicle on the left side of the center of the roadway when within 100 feet of, or traversing an intersection or railroad grade crossing. This section shall not apply upon a one-way roadway.
