(A) No person shall, without lawful authority, attempt to or in fact alter, deface, injure, knock down or remove any official traffic control device or any railroad sign or signal or any part thereof.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to hide or obscure any official traffic control, device, railroad sign or signal by the erection of any object, or by allowing bushes, hedges, trees, or other vegetation to grow and obscure the same.
