§ 8-1-3-19 ILLEGAL CANCELLATION OF TRAFFIC CITATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic citation in any manner other than as provided by this Traffic Code. The officer issuing the citation or the parking enforcement supervisor may dismiss citations that are found to be unwarranted.
