§ 8-1-3-14 MULTIPLE CHARGES, MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS.

Nothing in this Traffic Code shall be construed to limit the number of charges or the number of defendants arising out of the same incident, and the violation of this Traffic Code by one person shall not, per se, excuse violation by any other person.
