(A) Telephone Calls. Following arrest, any person charged with a violation of this Traffic Code is entitled to have reasonable opportunity to make three telephone calls beginning not later than 20 minutes after the time of arrival at the police station. Nothing in this section limits any right to make telephone calls at any time later than 20 minutes after the time of arrival at the police station or to make more than three telephone calls.
(B) Arresting Officer Reports. Within 24 hours after the arrest, the arresting officer shall make a written report of the arrest and such report shall include the name of the arrested person, and the location, time and circumstances of the arrest.
