§ 8-1-2-37 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PARKING IN ALLEYS.
   The Mayor, or his designated representative, shall have authority to give written consent to the operators of commercial vehicles to park the commercial vehicles in alleys or other designated areas, for the purpose of making deliveries or repairs.
