§ 8-1-2-33 BICYCLE STALLS AND BICYCLE RACKS WITHIN STALLS.
   The Mayor, or his designated representative, is hereby authorized to designate by sign any nonmetered parking stall for the use of bicycles only and to permanently place bicycle racks within such stall.
