The Mayor, or his designated representative, shall have authority to erect and maintain official signs by the controlled access roadways. Such signs shall include but not be limited to: signs prohibiting the use of such roadway or ramp thereto to pedestrians, bicycles, animals, non-motorized traffic or motor scooters, or signs giving maximum or minimum speeds for such roadway.
