§ 7-8-12 STATE PARTICIPATION.

If an automobile is registered to the State of New Mexico, or any of its agencies or subdivisions, and is garaged in Bernalillo County, the Governor of the State of New Mexico is requested to require said automobiles to participate in biennial inspections consistent with this article.
