(A) Stations. No private vehicle emission inspection and maintenance station shall be authorized to test vehicles unless the station possesses a valid permit issued by the Director. Permit fees shall be $200 per year per station.
(B) Inspectors. All vehicle emission inspectors shall obtain a permit as required by the Director. A permit fee of $35 per year is required for each vehicle emissions inspector.
