§ 7-7-9 MINIMUM TRUCK REQUIREMENTS.
   Each wrecker performing services under the terms of this article shall be equipped with a minimum of three tow trucks for Class A and B rotation lists and a minimum of one truck for Class C and D rotation list with that truck equipped as required herein. Wreckers on rotation at the Effective Date of this article shall have two years from the Effective Date to comply with this provision. Violation of this section shall be grounds for removal from the rotation list as provided herein. The Mayor may, if he finds it necessary in order to assure damage free towing capability or to provide service to the public, require additional equipment. Any change in equipment required will be made part of the regulations promulgated pursuant to this article. If, following the application, any wrecker's equipment is replaced or if any equipment is added by a wrecker, or if any personnel are changed, the wrecker must notify the Mayor or his designee in writing within 10 calendar days of said changes.
