The City Council does hereby agree not to authorize or permit by ordinance or in any other manner whatsoever, the installation of any signs, semaphores or signals upon the right-of-way; nor authorize or permit any construction or encroachment whatsoever within the right-of-way as shown on the Right of Way Map designated as New Mexico Projects No. I-040-3(8)169, and No. I-025-4(10)721, which are on file in the office of the Chief Highway Engineer, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
