§ 7-2-1-3 VIOLATION.
   It shall be a violation of § 7-2-1-2(D) for any person using the transit system to fail to pay an event or premium service fare. Any person in violation of § 7-2-1-2(D) is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 1-1-99 ROA 1994.
