A six acre parcel in Section 4, T.9N., R.3 E., N.M.P.M., filed on April 25, 1972 in Volume 917, Folio 177, and
Tract D-2, Lands of The City of Albuquerque, Albuquerque International Airport, filed on August 7, 1991 in Volume 91 C, Folio 163, and
Tract B, Lands of University of New Mexico, filed on August 29, 1991 in Volume 91 C, Folio 187, and
Parcel A, filed on April 27, 1984 in Book D210A, page 349, and
Parcel B, filed on April 27, 1984 Book D210A, pages 350 and 351, and
A portion of Parcel E, filed on November 22, 1985 in Book D 256, page 67, and
Lots 9 through 21, Airport Business Park, filed on May 25, 1983 in Volume C 21, Folio 82-2, and

The above described conveyances of real property were all filed in the office of the Bernalillo County Clerk, and
A tract of real property in the N½ of Section 1, T.9.N., R.3.E., N.M.P.M., Bernalillo County, New Mexico, conveyed by deed Number 84291, pages 437 through 440, conveyed from the United States of America to the City of Albuquerque, approved June 29, 1970, containing 45.423 acres, and
Parcel C a tract of land situate within Section 9, Township 9 North, Range 3 East, N.M.P.M., Bernalillo County, New Mexico, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 9, thence S 0 Degrees 03'27"E a distance of 707.03 to the True Point of Beginning; thence, S 0 Degrees 03'27"E a distance of 3522.56 feet; thence, N89 Degrees 28'32"W a distance of 3288.52 feet; thence, N 0 Degrees 03'27"W a distance of 1618.79 feet; thence, N44 Degrees 59'07"E a distance of 650.03 feet; thence, S45 Degrees 00'53"E a distance of 1000.00 feet; thence, N44 Degrees 59'07"E a distance of 2998.55 feet to the True Point of Beginning and containing 167.1088 acres.
