§ 7-1-2-8 DUTIES OF THE DIRECTOR OF AVIATION.

   Among the duties of the Director of Aviation are:

   (A)   To provide the Board with any and all public documents, reports, evaluations, recommendations and other information, in a timely manner.

   (B)   To in all matters, cooperate with and assist the Board in its efforts to accomplish its duties as stated herein.
