§ 7-1-2-3 DUTIES OF THE BOARD.
   The City Council hereby charges the Board with the following duties:
   (A)   To recommend to the city actions, decisions, policies, modifications, changes in operational methods or structures at the Albuquerque International Sunport and Double Eagle II Airport, as in their opinion will further the purposes of the city in providing useful air service centers for the state and people of New Mexico.
   (B)   To advise the Director of Aviation in adopting rules and regulations for the management, operation and control of the Albuquerque International Sunport and Double Eagle II Airport.
