(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this article for which no other penalty is set forth, shall be subject to the general penalty provision of this code set forth in § 1-1-99.
(B) Any person who violates airport parking regulations shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 8-1-3-99(B)(2)
