§ 6-8-5-2 RESOLUTION NO. 4—NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING.

Resolution No. 4, prepared by the Consulting Engineer, tentatively approves the Assessment Roll and sets a date, time and place for a public hearing on the Assessment Roll. It also establishes the format for and directs the giving of the notice of the assessment hearing.
