§ 6-7-6 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Installation Submittal. A distributor shall promptly provide the head of the City's Traffic Engineering Division with a street map indicating the general location of each newsrack which it has installed on the public right-of-way together with a certification satisfactory to the head of the Division that the newsrack installation is in compliance with this article. Certification may also be required as to agreeing to move newsracks per § 6-7-4(E)(10) above.
   (B)   Insurance. No distributor shall install or maintain a newsrack in the public right-of-way until it has provided a certificate of insurance satisfactory to the Mayor indicating that such person is insured with a commercial general liability policy in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. This policy shall provide coverage for operations and products liability and name the city as an additional insured.
   (C)   Other Ordinances Not Applicable. No part of §§ 6-5-5-1 et seq., Sidewalks, or §§ 6-5-2-1 et seq., Street Excavation and Barricading, shall be applied to actions under-taken consistent with the provisions of this article.
   (D)   Grace Period as to Enforcement. No enforcement action shall be taken pursuant to this article until 60 days after it takes effect.
