For the purpose of §§ 6-6-1-1 et seq., the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
LANDSCAPE/BUFFER AREA. The part of the public right-of-way which is not occupied or planned to be occupied by street, curb, gutter, or sidewalk and which may be used for street furniture, street trees and vegetation, and utilities. Typically located between the back of curb and adjacent property line.
