The grading and excavating for drive pads, and curb ramps shall be done in conformance with the provisions set forth herein and other applicable ordinances. Drive pads and curb ramps within the public right-of-way shall be constructed of materials and dimensions which shall conform to the performance standards for drive pad and curb ramp specifications as established by the Mayor. Drive pad and curb ramp designs shall be established and approved by the Mayor prior to issuance of construction permits.
