§ 6-5-5-7 GRADE ESTABLISHMENT REQUIRED FOR CURB AND GUTTTER.

The Mayor shall in no instance issue a construction permit for mountable curb, curb, gutter, or curb and gutter until required grades have been established or approved by the City Engineer.
