Upon application for a construction permit, the applicant shall submit a plan or sketch of the proposed construction which shall conform to the latest edition of the City of Albuquerque Standard Details for Public Works Construction. The plan or sketch shall be approved by the Mayor prior to the issuance of a construction permit for sidewalk, drive pad, curb ramp or curb and gutter.
