EDITOR'S NOTE:
Pursuant to state statute, Sec. 72-1-10 NMSA 1978, the assets of the City of Albuquerque's water and sewer utility were transferred to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Water Authority http://www.cabq.gov/wua/index.html. As a result, the City of Albuquerque repealed its Water and Sewer Rate Ordinance and the Water Authority adopted its own Water and Sewer Rate Ordinance which may be found at its website http://www.cabq.gov/wua/pdfs/Rate_Ordinance.pdf The Franchise Agreement through which the City of Albuquerque has granted the Water Authority access to the City's rights-of-way is found at §§ 13-4-9-1 et seq. ROA 1994.
