(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 1-1-99 of this code of ordinances. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Upon conviction of a violation of § 5-8-6(B), (1) and (3), (F) or (G), the weapon or firearm shall be forfeited to the city by order of the Court.
