For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NO NET EXPENSE. Defined through the specific provisions in the Planned Communities Criteria as adopted by the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan, the Planned Growth Strategy as contained in F/S O-02-39(2) (Enactment No. 2002-034) and compiled in ROA 1994, and within other legislation, agreements, and regulations of the City of Albuquerque. The NO NET EXPENSE policy applies solely to development in the unserved area and the reserve and rural areas.
AREAS. The "unserved area", "partially served area" and "fully served area" are defined initially in Bill No. F/S R-02-111. The "reserve area" and "rural area" are defined in the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan.
