§ 4-7-4 REGISTRATION.

(A) No Vendor shall sell any product or service at the Minor League Baseball Stadium or related to the Minor League Baseball Stadium or related to activities occurring at the Minor League Baseball Stadium who has not registered with the Treasurer.

(B) Any Vendor who fails to register with the Treasurer shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).
