A permanent committee composed of the Director of Finance and Administrative Services; the Directors of the Aviation and Public Works Departments, the CIP Officer, the City Treasurer, the Chief Administrative Officer or appointee, and the Director of Council Services or appointee is hereby created. The City Attorney and the City Economist shall serve on the committee in an ex-officio status. Other ex-officio participation, as deemed appropriate by the committee is encouraged. The committee shall be chaired by the Director of Finance and Administrative Services.
