§ 4-3-7-6 EFFECTIVE DATE OF TAX.

   The effective date of the municipal gross receipts tax imposed by §§ 4-3-7-1 et seq. shall be July 1, 2020, pending acceptance of the effective date by the State Taxation and Revenue Department.
