(A) The Mayor is authorized and directed to convey all funds received in repayment of the city's loan of UDAG funds to Albuquerque Plaza Partners pursuant to the UDAG Mortgage Note to a fund to be known as the Housing and Neighborhood Economic Development Fund for the uses and purposes set forth in §§ 4-2-2-1 et seq.
(B) The Fund income and interest earnings shall be appropriated for the purposes set forth in §§ 4-2-2-1 et seq. after recommendation by the Mayor and approval of the Council.
