6-4(H)(1) On receiving a development application, the Planning Director shall determine whether the application is complete. A complete application is one that contains all information and application materials required by this IDO, the DPM, and any administrative checklist for that type of development, in sufficient detail and readability to evaluate the application for compliance with applicable review standards in this IDO.
6-4(H)(3) If the Planning Director determines that an application is incomplete, the Planning Director shall notify the applicant in writing of the missing, incomplete, or unreadable materials within 5 business days after receiving the application. The applicant may correct the deficiencies and resubmit the application for a determination of completeness until the Planning Director determines the application is complete. If the applicant fails to resubmit an application with any additional or corrected materials necessary to make the application complete within 60 calendar days after being notified of submittal deficiencies, the application shall be considered abandoned, and any application fees that have been paid and have not been expended during initial review shall be refunded.
