Sec. 2-5.113 Consolidation of Offices: County Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector.
   The County offices of Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector are hereby consolidated. Further, the statutory duties, responsibilities and budgets of these offices are consolidated.
